G. Franchesca Callejo

Attorney

G. Franchesca Callejo brings 42 years of experience to her law practice, and specializes in conservatorships, trust and probate administration, estate and long-term care planning, and guardianships.  As a bilingual attorney, she also advocates for the aging Spanish-speaking population of the Bay Area and beyond. Ms. Callejo has clients throughout California and the Pacific Northwest, as well as internationally for clients who have property or relatives in California.

 

As a member of the San Francisco Superior Court and the Marin County Superior Court panel of court appointed attorneys, Ms. Callejo is called upon by the court to represent conservatees, proposed conservatees, and minors. She is also on the San Francisco Probate Court's probono guardianship and conservatorship mediation panel and represents a number of Bay Area professional fiduciaries.

 

Ms. Callejo is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley (B.A. 1976), and the University of California, Berkeley, Boalt Hall School of Law (J.D. 1979).  She joined her father, well-known San Francisco attorney Ricardo A. Callejo in 1979 to form Callejo & Callejo Law Offices.  They practiced together until his retirement in 2000, and since then Ms. Callejo has been a sole-practitioner.  
 

Zachary T. McCoy

Associate Attorney

 

Zachary McCoy joined Ms. Callejo in 2020 as an associate attorney. He is responsible for legal research, legal drafting, case review, filings, and discussing legal issues with clients.

Zach graduated magna cum laude from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 2020. During his time in law school, Zach received CALI awards in Wills and Trusts, Property, and Animal Law. He was also an editor for the Law Review and the Student Bar Association President.
